Thanks to an independent boiler controlled by temperature via its own PID system, Ace ensures perfect precision of coffee preparation every time. Each parameter can be adjusted to ensure the ideal brewing temperature for coffees of various origins and with different roasting profiles.

Fully controlled pre-infusion process, similar to that used in lever coffee machines. The result is incredibly consistent extraction and espresso with increased body and improved flavor sensation.

Despite its small size, Ace is able to fit a steam boiler with a capacity of 2.75 liters and a coffee boiler with a capacity of 0.9 liters, with the additional possibility of energy management to freely increase or decrease its consumption.
