REGULATIONS OF THE CO.PHI URI WOLLNER ONLINE STORE

Definitions:
​
Statute – these Regulations of the online store;
​
Store – online store available at: Seller – Co.Phi Uri Wollner based in Warsaw (02-996), ul. Rosy 3, NIP: 951-231-138-6, selling online via the Store;
Product – movable item available in the Store, which is the subject of the Agreement;
​
Client – a natural person with full legal capacity (i.e. an adult who has not been incapacitated) making purchases in the Store;
​
Agreement – distance sales contract for the Product concluded in Polish between the Seller and the Customer via the Store; the procedure for concluding the Agreement (placing an order) is regulated in point IV. Regulations.

The Store sells the Products in its offer via the Internet.

Registration and personal data

Purchases in the Store can be made by placing an order via the order form available on the Store's website.
​
Placing an order is possible for both logged-in customers and those who do not want to register in the store.
​
Before logging in for the first time, you must register for free in the Store. To do this, complete the registration form available on the Store's website.
​
Registration may only be performed by natural persons with full legal capacity.
​
When registering, you must provide the following data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.
​
When registering, you must also provide a password. The customer is obliged not to disclose his password to third parties and to protect it appropriately against access by third parties.

Confirmation of registration in the Store along with login details will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form.
​
By registering, you consent to the processing of personal data provided during registration by the Seller for the purpose of processing orders.
​
The administrator of personal data is Co.Phi Uri Wollner with its registered office in Warsaw (02-996), ul. Rosy 3, NIP: 951-231-138-6.
The data you provide will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling the order. In order to complete the order, we may share the data collected from you with the Product supplier (Poczta Polska InPost, DPD, Fedex) or the service.www.przelewy24.pl, through which payments are made, only to the minimum extent required.

Providing personal data during registration is voluntary. However, providing personal data is necessary to make purchases in the Store (conclude the Agreement).

You have the right to access and correct your personal data. In order to exercise these rights, you can use the available options after logging in to your account or please contact us by e-mail: sklep@cophi.pl.

You may request the deletion of your account in the Store. For this purpose, please send an appropriate request via e-mail: sklep@cophi.pl.

Ordering Products (conclusion of the Agreement)
​
For each Product in the Store, its description and gross price (including goods and services tax) are provided. Information about the Products contained in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.

Purchases are made via the order form available on the Store's website.
​
The ordered Products should be added to the cart and then, after completing the order, select their quantity and select the delivery address.
​
After checking the order parameters, in order to place it, you must confirm the order and make the payment in advance.
The Seller provides electronic payments via the website www.stripe.com under the terms and conditions specified in the regulations of this website - after confirming the order, the Customer will be redirected to the website www.stripe.com to make the payment, where he or she can read these regulations and accept them. .
Payment processing is provided by PayPro SA, based in Poznań, at ul. Pastelowa 8 (60-198), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, number NIP 7792369887, with a share capital of PLN 5,476,300.00, fully paid, and to the register of national payment institutions kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under the number UKNF IP24/2014.

Products are delivered via Poczta Polska, InPost, DPD or Fedex.
​
After placing the order, we will contact you via e-mail, to the e-mail address provided during registration, in particular we will send you an e-mail confirming the order, containing, among others: indication of the ordered Products, their price, Customer data, delivery address, information on the right to withdraw from the Agreement. It may also happen that we will contact you by phone, at the telephone number provided during registration, in order to determine the details of the order.

The contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the order.
